Rev. Anne Sermons Gillis, M.S.
| 01-24-99: Anne Sermons Gillis is a minister, rebirther and author who has recently moved to Houston, Texas. Anne is the cofounder of The Connection Center in Memphis, TN, where she maintained a private practice in transpersonal counseling, rebirthing and served as the minister and manager of the center for 15 years. Anne's quest to make her life easier and freer led her to Texas. Her first book, Offbeat Prayers for The Modern Mystic, is a good indication of Anne’s personality. She has been called the Ambassador of Joy and the Minister of Mirth, and she does this exceptionally well in her worldwide travels. One of her goals is to bring joy and freedom to the emerging new edge of consciousness. She is the originator of the “Easy Disciple” movement and she encourages HARDaholics (those who make life hard and suffer about it) to make life easier. Her second book, EZosophy, the Art of Easy or At Least Easier Living, further explains her beliefs in living life with ease and grace. Recently moving her base of operations to Houston, she will surely have her hands full working with Houston’s HARDaholics. A dynamic, entertaining speaker, Anne’s talk today will be on EDS (letting go of Ego Driven Struggle). She will be conducting a workshop at 1:00 that continues the same subject. |
