March 11 2007 : Rebecca Hall has attended Carmel Temple for several years, contributing her positive energy. Born in New York, but claiming Florida, Rebecca still feels the pain of losing a daughter to an intoxicated driver. She has devoted the majority of her time and effort to MADD, a premiere organization working to fight drunk driving, supporting the victims of this violent crime and preventing underage drinking. MADD is a 501(c) 3 charity with approximately 600 affiliates and 2 million members and supporters nationwide. Nearly 300,000 lives have been saved since MADD’s founding in 1980. Rebecca has served as local coordinator of the Gulf Coast Chapter and she is the proudest of pushing a Bill through the Texas Senate requiring mandatory placement of next of kin information on the reverse side of all Texas driver's licenses. Rebecca's positive energy currently is focused on her Quantum-Touch hands on healing practice at Carmel Temple every Third Saturday every month in Carmel's Annex at 10:30 A.M.
