Jack Martin

March 5, 2006 - Jack Martin, is a Lead Planning Consultant for NASA And The International Space Station. His work is technically challenging and involves many cross cultural working relationships with the many International Space Station partners.  His background in Project Management was developed through a career in Electrical Engineering where he has worked with many major Electric Utility companies as well as Governmental Agencies and National Laboratories. Jack actually started his career in study of the ministry at the University of Chicago where he decided that spiritualism and church politics were not a good mix for him to devote his life to. Through the years, he has studied many of the world's religions and has been fortunate enough to live and learn in Buddhist, Hindu and Moslem cultures to add to his Christian history. He has developed a personal philosophy of inclusion and acceptance that is guided by universal spiritual principles. Recently, he accepted an ordination with Universal Ministries which will assist in make decisions for our greatest good. From the smallest components of daily life and through our choices, we can make small changes that can have a major effect for a very different and better world. Jack has assisted Carmel Temple with "down to earth" maintenance tasks, a real difference for a Lead Planning Consultant for NASA's International Space Station! Carmel welcomes Jack to our podium.
