Dr. Blair McDonald, Ph.D.

BLAIR W. MCDONALD, Ph.D..Dr. McDonald began working as a consultant in 1967. He specializes in organization redesign, conflict management, facilitation and team building. He worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies; managed a petroleum organization with $650 million in annual sales; and managed the training, research and consulting functions of a major productivity firm. He has been an independent consultant since 1987. His clients have included: Banks, Auto Companies, Universities & Colleges, City Governments, Oil & Chemical Companies, Construction firms and Unions. Dr. McDonald has a research background, managing stress research for the U.S. Government and survey research for GM. He was a personnel manager with Citicorp and has experience teaching at the University of Michigan and the University of Houston - Clear Lake. Blair has facilitated A Course in Miracles classes since 1989, including 8 years at Carmel Temple. His book, Peace, is available on his web site: Gods-Peace.com.
