Mo Rustam

05-03-98: Mo Rustam, B. Sc., M. Ed.--Born and educated in the North of England, Mo was an educator, before coming to the United States. After earning her B.Sc. and her M.Ed. degrees in Blind and Visually Handicapped Education at the University of Pittsburg, Mo devoted many years of her life working with adults and children in the areas of her specialization. Combining her work experience as an administrator and educator, with exposure to the spiritual healing teachings of Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, Mo compassionately illustrates for us that all people everywhere have their own unique gift. After four years, she quit a vital position as Media Coordinator at The Unity Church of Christianity (the golden pyramid church in Houston). She and her minister husband, Michael Hamilton, moved to the country, where she is working in an important position with the La Grange Chamber of Commerce. As if that was not enough, she and Michael are restoring a historical building, The Westpoint Community Church, which was built in the late 1800's. When the restoration is completed, it will be a Gnostic Christian Church, officiated by the Reverend Michael Hamilton. With Mo's boundless energy, she is an example to all. Don't miss her lively, spirited presentation.

11-16-97: Mo Rustam, B. Sc., M. Ed., was born and schooled in the North of England. She was an educator before coming to the United States. After earning her B.Sc. and M. Ed. in Blind and Visually Handicapped Education at the University of Pittsburgh, Mo devoted many years of her life to working with adults and children in the areas of her specialization. Combining her work experience as an educator and administrator with her exposure to the spiritual, healing teachings of Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, Mo compassionately illustrates for us that all people everywhere have their own unique gift. She feels that a valuable way to change our lives and the world we live in is to develop a new perception of the quality of each individual person, regardless of their appearance or seeming abilities. Through cameos drawn from her interaction with very special people, from the severely handicapped to the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mo shows us how we can enrich our own lives and gain a deeper understanding of others. Mo has just left a responsible position at a large church and moved to the hill country, where she will concentrate on her writing and assist her author/poet husband in his demanding schedule of workshops and lectures. We look forward to having Mo as our guest speaker today!
