April 16 – Carolyn Sinclair is a business woman, entrepreneur, artist and athlete. With a natural curiosity she experienced several epiphanies which completely changed her life. After taking a Tai Chi Class, she seriously began to explore her own spirituality and connection with the universe. This led her to many years of practicing and teaching Tai Chi, Chi kung, long distance healing, guided meditations and sitting meditation. But it was not until her marriage of 25 years had failed that she began to practice Walking Meditation. Author of “Transformation Through Walking Meditation,” recently published in a local magazine. Carolyn, relates, “Your whole being automatically works in conjunction with nature and all of existence to optimally awaken your awareness bringing you into the present moment.” She continues, “ Walk in awareness, walk in wisdom and you will walk in the Light!” Walking Meditation is one of the simplest, most ancient and yet most profound forms of meditation.
