Amanda Thompson founder and vision holder of Light Way Schools, will offer innovative and highly effective training for beginning teachers. She has a dream of  changing the rough road children have to travel. . As this generation matures, a complete distortion of values is experienced by many young adults. This can be witnessed by the escalation of violence and a departure of values. Amanda along with her partner Max are in the process of making serious changes to deal with this social problem.. By establishing  on going programs, administered by The Light Way Schools, thus providing training and leadership for children. Amanda explains: “ The educational leader embodies the philosophy and goals of the organization. All look to the leader for guidance and example. If I wish to witness behaviors of respect, personal empowerment, personal responsibility, joy in learning, patience, love, ease and joy then I must live those principles.
